Been looking at upgrading my radio, I have the base 3.0, I did upgrade to the mopar/kicker speakers all the way around. Only thing I'm really wishing I had was hands free calling and bluetooth streaming. I have a bluetooth mic that plugs into aux port that works ok, but it's annoying to use, getting the mic where people can hear me. Anyone go single din, thought about doing the built in GPS systems, but I dont like looking down at the radio to see maps nor the cutting in of directions over music. Any help or input is appreciated.

I used a single din in my last truck and it worked great.

It has a CD player, but if you don’t use one you can get the model without one and save $10.

If you want to be able to change your truck settings that you change through the radio you’ll need to get a double din radio. You could do one like this at the cheapest cost of the choices.

It all depends if what other options you would like to have while you’re upgrading your radio.

I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but man, do they ever come up with some great ideas.

If all you really want is Bluetooth streaming and hands free calling you could do an adapter like this.

I used this in a work truck that I was issued. It worked pretty good. Getting that link I see it’s got a newer version that’s smaller. I don’t know if that’s a good thing. It might make it harder to use while driving.
