I feel like this is going to be a reach, but I am going to ask anyway.

I have a 2014 CC Blackout Express. I am shopping for new E-rated ( 275/65/20 ) tires and new shocks. I would like to add Bilstein 5100's naturally. That being said I think the 275/65's would stuff the front wheel wells more then I would care for. I want to lift the front with 5100's at the .75" setting for the aesthetic look I am going for and also to maintain some functional rake for towing. My truck is 90% a pavement queen, except for a few trips to the beach trips and snow storms. Do aftermarket UCA's even work for such a minimal amount of lift ? I feel like I could get away with some Mevotec's and be completely fine.

Are there any members with pictures of this requested set up ?

As mentioned, aftermarket UCAs aren’t necessary, but they will work just fine. I’m running Zone UCAs with 0” of coilover lift.

If you're doing Bilstein's all the way around, you could also throw a 1-1.5" coil spacer in the rear to maintain the rake and run 1.4" up front.
