Hi all,
I am extremely novice when it comes to modifying vehicles, but I would love to lift my 2012 Ram 1500. I am off road quite a bit between hunting, target shooting and taking the pooch to the river, where I do a tiny bit of crawling over ruts or washed out areas, nothing too extreme though.
Anyways, a buddy of mine said if I just want to get the front end up a little bit and have a bit more clearance I should just run 2 1/2" blocks instead of goin full bore on a lift kit. ( I do eventually want to do a nice lift kit and whatnot but funds right now don't allow for it) I was doing some research and most people say to never do blocks on the front end, but they were referring to leaf spring suspensions, is it the same for coils? (Which is what mine is I'm told)
any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
