Cam Swap Mistake

So I wasn't paying attention while ordering, and I got the cam highlighted above instead of

Engine Camshaft - Mopar (5037379BC)​

which is for the non-MDS. I put everything together, and the engine won't roll over, it bottoms out( I am assuming because of the non-MDS lifters?). I ordered the correct CAM, but I need to know if I need to do anything with the push rods or if replacing them is typical. I thought I did ample research, and I didn't see anything calling out for a different-sized push rod when doing a 6.4 cam swap into my 5.7. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have about a 4-hour delay before the Cam gets here, so I will dismantle the engine again.

PS the push rods I ordered did not get installed. i used the factory ones

let me tell you a secret the smaller the cam the better for a heavy truck like the ram

Sounds like the timing is off if it is locking up, recheck your work.

It would of still ran with the non mds cam just rough idle ask me how i know LOL like mentioned above you probably set the timing wrong or possibly installed push rods in wrong spot.
