Can you do a bolt pattern conversion?

Seems like the right rims are hard to find (I do have a set of 17”s and 20”s one for winter and one for summer, the 17”s are just steelies.
I was looking for brakes online and most of the full on ceramic sets are for 8 bolt. I know bolt pattern conversions are a thing, just not sure for our generation.
Getting 8 bolt rims will be much easier I think as most trucks have them, the U-Pull I go to have an abundance of 8 bolt pattern rims, even on the 2500 and 3500 rams

It’s called adapters. Look up bora wheel spacers. They sell custom adapters as well. Or do a custom axle swap. Either way you are looking at spending a good bit of money to make 8 lug rims fit. What for?

I've had good luck with 1-piece solid spacers/adapters. 2 piece..one broke about 10 miles from home on the first outing. LF wheel went across traffic, into a pasture and hit a tree. Went from 6-lug on my then new '00 Silverado to some 5x4.75" wheels I had from my T/A.
