How'd that turn out? I chose this way because it was an easy DIY. Hopefully it holds up.

Came out nice, i have to get some damn pics of my truck up! Local powdercoater did em for $40 and had em only a few days! :naughty:

Looks good, did the same to my factory tips, until I got the maganflow catback then had them powdercoated.

Get some better pics, but it looks great. BTW it's not real ceramic coating... that paint just has ceramic in it which helps it hold up to higher temps. real ceramic has to be shot peened, sprayed and baked multiple times and it's expensive. Cost me $300 to get my custom headers real ceramic coating... which mainly cuts temps down by 30%.

I'm about to shoot mine with 500* gloss black.

Very true. I honestly just wanted a good way to have them black and could resist the heat.

I was in a rush for the picture but I'll get some tomorrow :D.

Doesn't look bad at all. But that just solidified a semi or gloss finish on mine. Don't worry about the inside.. it will get black from carbon after a few miles.
