I'm thinking of running this cam. What supporting mods are going to get me the most out of this upgrade?

Unless you're planning to run ported big valve heads, a 4000+rpm stall, and rev the **** out of the engine, the 273 is typically too much of a top end cam for the trucks which need a lot more bottom end to get going. The trucks perform well with a Sidewinder, Spartan, Spartan Max, or a Comp 268/260.

You'll never get going fast enough to really get what you want from this cam

Bigger than stock engines also make good use of the larger cams.
