Same as my watch. You need to hold reset and do figure 8 donuts to re-calibrate it.

Video please

Does your truck have nav? My compass quit several times, and it was due to the uconnect box failing.

No nav but Sirius radio isn’t working either. Just this morning the compass came back on but it’s reading the opposite of what it should

I can’t find it anywhere but on HERE was a post about aligning compass. I really am not joking, I “ THINK” it described driving around in a circle slowly in a car park?
Maybe somebody knows how to access that.
Good luck. Very annoying when your sat nav says “head south” and you go huh?????

The pic looks like a 4th gen cluster but the OP profile says 2021. Assuming it's a 2013-1018 4th gen or a Ram classic, if it were my truck, i'd start looking in the factory service manual. Have you scanned your truck for codes? You'd need to do it with a capable scan tool to get OEM type codes, as they won't trigger the check engine light, and aren't typical OBD codes and a cheap code reader won't see them.

For my truck:

There are several compass related codes that could clue you in to the problem. Here are some from my 2013 factory service manual:

It says for B225C

The manual shows it to be in the overhead console:

Now, all that being said, this is the manual for my truck. If yours is different, you might have to find and buy a factory service manual your yours, or hit up AllData DIY for your specific truck's info.
