Good Morning Ram Owners, have a question about 3.6 Cooling issues, Coolant appears to not be drawing back into radiator after cooling, did a pressure test when cold and passed with no leaks after 1/2 hour. Carbon test was fine so not leaking into heads. I am Stump? have ordered a new Oil Cooler, Thermostat and overflow tank. Has anyone else had this issue ? suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried replacing the radiator cap?
Any of the o-ring and shaft seal are susceptible to leaking when under a vacuum vs under pressure. It's possible either the water pump or 3-way valve are in the early stages of springing a leak.

I've seen a video of a guy with a 3.6 that had sediment in the coolant that blocked coolant from returning from the overflow tank back into the engine. He had a blockage just above where the tube exits the tank.

THIS

Replace the cap. Cheap to do in case it doesn't work. I had same issue with another brand vehicle and worked for me.
