Could this be why 5.7 hemis are seeing cam and lifter problems?

agreed, this is about the 10th time I have seen it. Based on this video, I am curious how many people with lifter problems are running oil with MOLY in it vs. without....

I do not think the points this guy makes about a lack of oil on the cam amounts to anything. A roller lifter doesnt need much oil like that old small block with flat tappet cam. The lack of oil to the lifter bore seems like the problem to me. This can cause the short lived tapping noise at startup that I think over time damages the lifter bearings.

Says he hates these in one video, but he thinks the hellcat v8 is one of the best modern v8s? Hes a walking contradiction
