i had a cylinder 7 misfire twice recently. first time i cleared the code and it did not come back until 2 weeks ago. both times the light came on i had to start and move the truck briefly so it only ran for a minute or two. i have hauled the camper with it twice after and no codes were set . i purchased the truck in march 2019 with 55,000 miles on it and now it has 62,000 miles on it. 2014 ram 2500 tradesman 6.4hemi and 3.73 gears no modifications. yesterday i pulled the plugs on cylinder 7 and i found the forward plug was very fouled and missing 3/4 of the insulator and rear plug was fouled but not as bad. also these two plugs were changed at some point as they are not the same as these two were ngk and the rest look like bosch.
i replaced the two plugs and also the coil on cylinder 7 so that should stop the misfire but why are the two plugs fouled so badly. bad valve seal perhaps? oil is changed once a year(2500 miles) pup0w40 and the bio lube gard, have ran fuel injector through it a few times and it does not do short trips , usually hauling a load or something. engine sounds good , no ticking or noises . any thoughts on why the plugs are fouled so badly ? truck has plenty of power and idles and runs smooth , up until last year i hauled my 11,000 lb fth wheel and it had plenty of get up and go , even here in the hills.

the 2 bosch plugs were from cylinder #2 and were as expected unlike the ones from # 7.

Those 2 NGK are fouled with oil, I would do a compression test looking that bad that could be your misfire.
