I have a 2011 Ram 2500 that I am installing fog lights on, I have a new bumper stock fog lights for 4th gen and the light switch for the dashboard, I guess the only thing I can't find is the connector from the tipm, is this the connector that you make?

The connection on my 09’ Ram 1500 is just labeled C and it is the Green with red face plug. The proper pins are still 23-24, which are right next to the gray and yellow wire in the picture. My fogs have DRL and I just tapped into the DRL wire of my lights.

I tested everything and will be doing the bumper and placing the fogs in hopefully tomorrow. More pics to come but here is the under of my TIPM and the connections. Don’t mind the dust and spiderwebs :)

Thanks for sharing BigRam1411 !

I'm surprised your 2009 1500 C3 labeled connector was GREEN vs Blue that is listed on the connector sheet? Glad you checked the actual label/imprint on the TIPM. Just goes to show that you can't always trust the official documentation.

Adding fogs to my 2018 3500 tradesmen. Have everything I need but the U-nuts/J-nuts and bolts to mount the fog light brackets to the bumper brackets. They aren't listed by Chrysler, so can't get part numbers. Anyone come up with working part numbers? I found part numbers for 2019+ trucks but don't know if they will work.

2019+
6508065AA bolts
68404464AA U-nuts

Thanks,
Earl

I sourced my own bolts from a local hardware store. I took the fog lamp bracket with me for proper sizing. I bought small fender washers, and locking nuts to complete the install as well. Simple.

The jumper harness from MPGrimm came in today. I’ll wire it all up this week. Can’t wait!!

Thanks, I'm more into correct than simple bolts and nuts. Going for the factory look and function. Otherwise I'd of put a light bar in the center of the bumper for a fraction of the cost.

Can you remove the fog light assembly with the bumper installed when you use bolts and nuts? Been a while since I looked, but my memory says no.

Yes. I installed everything with the bumper on. I will say that I am running an 8” lift on 37’s so it was pretty easy to sit upright under my truck and install everything.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to @Mpgrimm2 for making such a quality product. I just did the foglight add to my buddies 2013 Ram 3500 SLT without a hiccup. Everything worked great and MPgrimm2's instructions were perfect! This was my second time installing one of his products to add fog lights to Ram trucks, first was my own 12 Ram 3500 SLT and now the 13. Both times have worked flawlessly. I highly recommend contacting him if you want to add factory fog lights to your ram!

20210504_180914.jpg I have a 2018 Ram 2500 Tradesman. Is this a factory fog light plug behind the bumper on the drivers side?

I have same truck. I installed factory switch with fog light, then you run M2Mod's harness from under the external fuse box to then connect to your fog light harness (which I ordered the factory harness). Then you plug your fog lights into that and use AlphaOBD to enable the fog light operation.
