Does anyone know or know where to find the programming specs for the Varible Valve Timing?
Specifically, at what rpms does the PCM start to retard the cam?

Is the cam fully advanced at idle and low rpms and start to retard at 2000? 3000? etc??

You would need your laptop and HP tuner software to answer your own questions on this topic. I don't know any tuners who use this site that could answer that question.

Can the tuner software read a non cracked stock pcm, just for informational purposes?

I would have thought that playing with the VVT timing would be one of the tuners targets.

The first question is no. Not till you unlock and have the ability to flash the PCM. Further research shows you can fully play with those settings. Saw some tables to adjust the EX cam under the Map section reading in kpa

Second one is I'm sure they can but I haven't seen any tuners frequent this site to answer your question.
