Ecm problem

I have a 2013 6.7 Cummins with a raceme Canada tuner installed. Couple times my truck shut off on me and now it won’t start at all or crank. The red security light goes on and all the lights on the dashboard but no crank. I tried reading the codes but it won’t connect to my ecm computer. Is my ecm fried?

Can you go back to your stock tune, that should be a option on your handheld or can you contact the tuner company, also what is the condition of your battery or batteries?

You may want to post this in 4th gen, for a 2013, maybe someone who doesn't jump over to 5th gen could help. Good luck.

If somehow you are able to return the truck back to stock settings I would try and do an update on the tuner before reinstalling it. Hopefully you still have the tuner. If not you’re going to probably have the dealer fix you up with a new PCM which of course means all emissions devices would need to be reinstalled until you could tune it again.
