Are you sure it’s the same side?

I would at least phone them or take the truck back and mention the previous repairs and ask them to look at it.

Is the leak coming from the same place? Maybe they broke a manifold bolt????

What did the dealer fix? Did they replace the exhaust manifolds or just replace the bolts and gaskets?

A lot of people buy new manifolds see the issue is they will re warp i sand down my old ones to be flat again and they never re warp set of new bolts its been years since mine have leaked.

Gaskets and bolts and they said they will cover it

I’ll bet that those manifolds are warped to hell. The spec is like 0.008”/foot. Most manifolds I take off are around 0.050”. Chances are they just stuck the old ones back on. I don’t think I’ve pulled a manifold off that wasn’t warped beyond spec. That’s probably why you’re having an issue again.

As stated, this is exactly what happened on my 6.4 2500. Dealer replaced gaskets broken bolts but did not machine plane or replace the manifolds. Exhaust leak was worse.
