Factory USB for DSP usb input

Has anyone got any experience modifying the USB input? I'm not sure where it is wired or what that connection currently looks like. But has anyone swapped it out with a custom cable that i would be able to plug into Helix DSP Pro MK2 instead?

What type of cable do you want to plug in to the amp?

The USB for the radio data is a mini-USB that plugs into the back of the radio.
You could install your own USB ports in place of one of the power ports if you don't want to drill a hole

well the amp accepts usb mini type-b. so I need on that I can go from here into the back of the factory USB port. and my plug in my phone/dac from there is the idea

is it a mini usb on the back of the port in the middle console? if so I could maybe use a mini to mini and go straight to the DSP
