Hi all. I am curently running a single Net Audio tall box with a 12W6v3. Its great and I really like it but so does my buddy and he has expressed interest in potentially buying the box from me. If this were to happen, I would explore either another Net Audio box which I highly recommend or a Fox Box. I know the fox Box isn't built the same as the Net Audio stuff but the cost is appealing and you have to remember I am in canada so shipping, duty and exchange really amplify the cost of these boxes.
On the Fox Box webiste, it mentions a MAX mounting depth of 7.25" for a 12" driver. The 12W6v3 has a mounting depth of 7.52". So in essence, we are .25" away from a "perfect fit". I know he leaves some tolerance in that MAX depth number, plus could a guy not run some spacers to raise up the W6 a bit?
The only way I am switching my current sub setup is to morph into a dual setup of some kind as I have bigger updates coming for the rest of the system as well (DSP, 3-way components, etc etc).
Does anyone know if the 12W6v3 will fit in a vented fox box?
