Go with the Bilstein's, I run them on my Cummins powered 1500 and they pack the extra load very well. If the bumper pulls the front down a bit you just adjust the shocks up another notch to compensate. If you want to go up 2" then adjust the shocks a few notches, no need for spacers.

As mentioned the 6112's will handle the weight better. The ranchos and 5100's are really stock replacements. The 5100's are just slightly better. The 6112's come with coils and a larger diameter strut body. These will handle weight much better. Message me and I can provide you a quote.
