I think that is about the best guys end up pulling from custom tunes on the Diablosport that are tuned with simple bolt ons. I would be a little skeptical of this since I have never heard of it before too.

The GForce should be in the dictionary next to "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".
It's a resistor to fool your ECU into running rich.
You have to spend at LEAST $350 for a Superchips, BulyDog or Diablosport tuner to get any real gains. No $69 resistor is going to get you 30Hp and 30lb/ft.
