Has anybody used these headlights or brand?

So this last weekend I went camping and was driving down a very dark road and I felt like my lights were very dim. Like unsafe dark. I changed the dial from auto to lights on didn't notice much difference. Turned on the brights that was way better but I couldn't leave them on cuz of other cars.

I'm nervous to do hids cuz my last truck had 6k's and they were blinding, I don't necessarily want to do that again. Thanks!

These are obviously from ebay but are from a dealer or company called vipmotoz. I would not be illuminating the outer led bulbs along the side and top. Just the halos

These are from pro tuning lab.

Same thing I would run the halos. With ccfl.

Quite a few guys have ran those..........but many have found that they are kinda ******.....

- Output isn't stellar (some say less that stock)
- Aiming is horrendous
- Halos are junk (dim)
- clearcoat on the lens fails quickly (sometimes as quick as within 90 days)

There are a LOT of options on lights......of course I'm biased (I customize lights)......but, there are a LOT of better options out there.

Couple questions, what lights do you have now? Quads or projector? Are you looking for just better output, or anything else fancy (like paint, halos, etc)

I have these on my truck right now. They are better than stock but low beam could be a lot better. High beam are really good, and the halos and the leds are bright and haven't had any trouble out of them yet. If the low beam lens could handle 55w hids these would be a steal compared to the more expensive headlights out there.

I want the black casing and really like the halo look. I would like better output as well but I don't want to kill people with them. Idk if my last truck the hids were not aimed correctly

Quick honest answer they suck. Spend some extra money and buy these with the adapter from Jeremy.

The quality of the head light build is as good as stock. The output is way better then stock and the current ones you are looking at. I ran the same lights for two years and am no doubt regretting it. The new TYC projectors stock kick ass compared to any eBay deals you find. I have no stake in the headlights you buy but I screwed up not buying the TYC from the start.

That's a really good price for those lights. Might have to pick myself up a set.

I like those lights but if I'm spending the money I would really like the halo with it just for that extra little custom look.

I didn't say but they are quads.

The halos might be cool but light output quality will no doubt suffer drastically compared to the OEM or TYC Projectors. And while it being cool is nice light output is way more important. But up to you. You could go this route.

I've got the TYC projectors and I'm happy with them. Lifetime warranty and great quality. You will need the Adapter Harness that JJ sells to install them.

+1 on the Retroshop lights. I recently had him paint a set of OEM lights I bought on Craigslist for me. His work is top notch and the quality is awesome.

When you're not viewing through tapatalk, his user ID shows up in red. To the OP, he is the guy you want to talk to about headlights.

Honestly, I would never buy those kind of headlights/brands. They tend not to last very long and I would much rather spend on better quality and custom build a set.
