After the fact
Some of those pictures I posted is the actual adhesive
These front fenders are so damn thin , they BOND that patch on the backside of the fender to strengthen the intregity of the fender itself
It is not a sound deadener
If you run your hand over that adhesive patch on the backside you might find some soft spots or bubbles - That's where they missed the adhesive when applying and its basically air pockets within the material
When you buy a new fender from Mopar
Guess what
They come with these adhesive strengthening patches already pre installed on the backside
Do not try to remove unless you enjoy destroying your fender
