I've been having a hell of a time replacing an oxygen sensor, hoping for some help/advise.
After the check engine light came on, I did the 3 key turns trick to get the error code P0138. I double checked this code with Torque Pro Android app and OBD2 sensor. Everything I've researched points to driver side rear oxygen sensor.
I've tried replacing this sensor with multiple after market oxygen sensors (Bosch). They would work for a day or so, but the light would come on again, same code. I broke down and went to the dealership and bought a mopar oxygen sensor for a ridiculous price. This official part didn't work either, same code..
Any idea on what I should try next? Failing PCM? Take it to the dealership? I have a mandatory smog check coming up, got to get this fixed.
