What should I do for the small paint chips around the handle and the dent on the door I just realized I had...Replacing the mirror is easy. Remove the inner door panel by removing the plastic push pins, 1 screw & a couple of electrical plugs, disconnect one or two electrical plugs (depending on the mirror type) and remove 3 nuts. Install is the reverse. You might want a second person around to hold up the mirror during the process.
Best place, IMO, for replacement OEM parts is moparonlineparts.com. Or, if you are lucky and you have a salvage yard nearby with 4th Gen RAMs on the lot (I have none within 100 miles of me), you may be able to get the parts for less that way.
I'm not certain on how hard the handle will be to replace, as I've never done it, but the same sources above can get you the parts.

Yeah mine are the standard non-body color no power folding but they are power adjustingFor the mirror - check Facebook marketplace!
I don’t know about your area, but around here you’ll find a ton of the std mirrors for dirt cheap. (~40 a pair!)
Door handle replacement is a bi*ch! I’ve done it a few times.
Remove inner door panel, unhook latch assembly and try (!) to remove the three 8mm bolts from the very confined space inside the door. You might want to drill an access hole to get to 2 of the bolts (hole will be covered by the inner door panel).
I can’t find away to contact the guy$50 for a pair, maybe the guy will ship?
