Hemi tick or something else?

I have an 04 AWD 5.7 ram that recently developed this ticking noise that goes with RPM increases. It is coming from the bottom end and you cant hear it from the top at all. Any ideas what this could be?. Also it does not go away when the truck is warm, but it doesn't get louder/softer either.

From what I hear, you have an exhaust leak and a rod knock. Post another video with it idling and have someone rev it up while you are recording.
