Just install 55w hid's from the retro shop, followed the instructions, cleaned and greased the grounds. Works great until I turn the radio on to fm, nothing but static, turn the headlights off and the fm is clear again, on xm it's fine. By the way,It's a 2010 Bighorn and I put the low beam Hid kit in.

Any ideas?

just replied to your email there

Most of the time on these it comes down to a weird ground. Though I think I just got the answer to the question I just sent you.

So, you made your own grounds, sanded it down, cleaned and greased, all done. Not using a body ground or fender bolt, etc - correct?

I always make my own grounds. Anywhere close to the ballasts, drill a small hole somewhere, sand down the paint, put some dielectric on it, use a self tapper to put the ground in.
