Hit a bump, now there is a ticking noise?

So i was driving around today, and a hump in the road and was going kinda fast. And immediately after i noticed a clicking/ticking coming from the back the truck.

I recently got new wheels if that has anything to do with it. Should I have it looked it?

Possible loose wheel. Check your lug nuts.

I can't find anything that "triggers" the noise. It just happens sometimes.

Just had this happen with my front end. It was a u-joint - tinked every time the tire turned. You sure it is from the rear?

It was a broken spider gear.
