How to add a limited slip rear end

I've got a 2000 2500 5.9 gas-pot and the rear diff is open. How do i go abouts putting in a posi? Its 1-tire-fire everywhere I go which is not practical wheeling, or in the snow.

Gotta yank the rear carrier out and put in a posi unit and relash the gears n stuff. Might be able to install a lunch box locker...maybe.
