I’m curious to know which radio part number do you have

Sorry I jumped the gun guys. I edited my original post. I was able to connect to Android Auto and Carplay. But the screen will either stay black and says it disconnected or everything will pop up briefly and then says disconnectedCurious how your original hub works with carplay considering it wasn't even a thing back in Ram trucks in 2017? As I understand it you need a 2018 premium USB hub (there are a few different versions) for the carplay function to work.
I know you said that infotainment isn’t helping but they sold you the kit and should be making it right, whatever the issue is. At this point for people on the forum to help I think you need to figure out what part number the radio is, part number for your USB hub and what software is being run on the radio itself. You have to go into dealer mode I think to get the software version which I think you press and hold on the two bottom corners when you boot up the radio and you can see the software version and all that.Sorry I jumped the gun guys. I posted pictures of the upgrade radio. Not sure what features actually come with it. Is there a way to tell?Sorry,
I had to go back and look though the thread posts to see that you had a 2013 ram 2500? with glitchy factory 8.4 RA3 (MTC) and were looking into the AA/CP upgrade with a 2018 ram UAS 4c radio.
See first 5 posts of the following thread... Videos linked there as well ...

UAQ or UAS? What pn is your radio?
What "application version" is your radio on?
It appears to be a radio SW driver version with the USB Hub. a radio SW update appears to fix it. Panasonic radio SW goes by the"application version"
v39.6 is the latest, some have bricked their radios doing the updates... Not sure if they did something incorrectly.
InfoT should be able to give you a link to DL SW update for your radio
That media hub part number should work with UAQ/UAS radios (made for Jeep vehicles but works). For the radio is that the part number that's on the back of the unit? I don't recognize that one and it's not coming up on any of the MOPAR sites.4C UAQ PN: 68461741AA

These are the only two stickers that are on the backThat media hub part number should work with UAQ/UAS radios (made for Jeep vehicles but works). For the radio is that the part number that's on the back of the unit? I don't recognize that one and it's not coming up on any of the MOPAR sites.
So messing around on the parts site I found this: https://parts.allmoparparts.com/oem-parts/mopar-multi-media-radio-68461741agThese are the only two stickers that are on the back
To add on to this, here's some but notall verified 4th gen Ram 4c PNs so far ...So messing around on the parts site I found this: https://parts.allmoparparts.com/oem-parts/mopar-multi-media-radio-68461741ag
I searched for the part number with only the first A and got a hit. As I understand those letters will tell you what version of that part they are on. AA would be the first version and then AB/AC/AD and so on. The MOPAR site is saying this radio is for Charge/Challenger/Chrysler 300 vehicles. Some folks on here have gotten MOPAR radios from Jeeps to work in Ram trucks but I think the sentiment around here is to stick with radios that are meant for Ram trucks. Infotainment might be trying to get away with sending you a radio that's not designed for Ram trucks and maybe that's why your having issues with the media hub's.
No idea if this is on the right path but something to inquire about with Infotainment.
