I need a new Engine

Ok guys hoping you can help me out. My 5.7 in my 2013 2500 threw a lifter and pretty much wiped out the cam and bearings. I’m looking for a complete bolt in engine. Most everything I’m finding has MDS, or has a million miles on it. Does anyone know if the non MDS challenger crate engines will work?

I can almost guarantee your bearings are just fine. Replace the cam and lifters and keep on going.

How many miles on it? and who told you motor is 100% shot? most people replace cam lifters and they good to go i flushed mine out when my cam went at 170k and its running great at 200k besides the normal hemi noises lol

if you want to do a new engine, go with a 6.4.

Im 90% through with a build I had in mind for my 2500 but i might part with it for the right price.
Racing bearings and rings installed.
6.4 cam
MDS block offs.
All non mds lifters installed.
Block slightly decked
Heads all re-conditioned with 25 degree back cuts on all the valves.
