Truck began bottoming out looked underneath found the driveshaft was rubbing and the boot was torn then to my surprise the passenger rear upper control arm was completely sheered off the attachment point and the the driver side was beginning to tear.

I have not contacted Inez yet as I just discovered this and wanted to warn anybody with these brackets to check underneath their trucks.

Man, I've always questioned the thickness of those brackets. Really think they should be 3/16" at a minimum. Especially if you plan on towing with the truck.

I think Inez brackets have been changed to a more sturdier design. Wonder how the new Inez design holds up to the illicit cut brackets... Anyone know the thickness of the illicit brackets?

@The Q they sure did, no hesitation at, all I did was furnish the pictures and explained to them what happened and they advised me that a revised set wat being sent my way. This was more a heads up for any other people running the older style brackets.

Mine rear location brackets failed also. Just call IHC, they'll send another pair. Just send pics. I used messenger on Facebook, fast response time, got new brackets in 2 days.
