Injector size question

Pulled my injectors to see what size they were because egt’s are a little high and stock fuel pump couldn’t keep up. They are Bosch injectors F1244-4-5186

It also has 8 holes in injector tip and is off a 2003 5.9 cummins
Does anyone know if these are stock or over injectors?
