Sorry I totally miss typed. I do have a blue screen when putt it in reverse. My bad. I'm trying to do too many things at once. So since I have the blue screen (and I didn't before today) then I assume the code was done properly. Sorry for the confusion. I'll change my post.

Code is good ! Check your 10 amp fuse first !

Well, I checked the fuse and it looks good. I guess I'll have to go back and check all the connections... doh!

All dealerships are diff ? Depends on the service mgr.
Some are customer pleasers , some are idiots . Just try another dealership .

Keep in mind , when a dealership agrees to flashing in a code for your install they are accepting responsibility of the install as they have done the install themselves and changing your vehicles identity with chrysler fiat and adding the installed kit to your VIN as a dealer/ factory installed kit which is under warranty ( if your still under warranty .

Basically they are accepting liability for you work .....

With that said , you can imagine some dealers may be a bit stingy with just flashing codes for any o'l feller .

If you go to your dealer asking for a code to be flashed be on your A game , convince them your not the idiot and allow them to fully inspect your install.

See Mpgrimm2 post # 10 here . Within his post and links to other post I can almost guarantee you you'll figure this out .
Most likely it's wrong @ the radios C -1 connector 31.32.33 OR at the connector you populated @ the radio connector under the drivers side dash near the pedals .

I think the wire may have been the problem, I'm going to leave it as is for now, I'm taking it to the dealer on Monday to have them fix their mess up hopefully!

If they jacked it up to begin with they are not capable imo to fix their own mistake.

Maybe they will put a more senior tech on it .....

This install is simple for a DIYer ( no offense )
A dealership with factory trained tech should be able to do this drunk ?

Make sure you point out where you believe the issue to be at the BCM c-5 conn socket #45 . This may not be the problem ,but at least they Will take you seriously if you Boast a spacific area .

Oh , and maybe show the tech some of this post , to help in troubleshooting, these techs are working on many different platforms , factory trained or not it's easy for them to get confused , lots of techs are fantastic if they have time to truly trouble shoot

Trust me I hope they do too! If I could get the C-5 a little farther out I'd be able to see the wire, to me it LOOKS like it's not spliced into the right wire, but I can't get the wire bundle out far enough to see it.

Call ram customer care and see what they tell you. They might be able to walk the dealer though it or suggest a different dealer.
