Interior Updates

Just bought a 2013 1500 Express Quad 4WD 5.7 with 120k miles. This truck is in excellent condition. So good I took it even thought it is burnt orange or what they call copperhead, but it's growing on me.
Anyway, it needs updating. I've not had much luck searching the forums so I put a few things that I'd like to do that I'm hoping you guys can help me with your experiences. Appreciate it and look forward to contributing.

* update instrument gauge cluster
* change steering wheel for controls on the back and possibly heated
* need much better stereo head unit with bigger display, car play, bluetooth, etc...

Another question is the AALFA OBD which you need to update the cluster to your miles and VIN.
