My wife purchased me a seemingly nice led kit for Christmas. I was real proud of her, she admittedly had no idea what she was looking for but stomped on the Internet and found a very nice kit or so we thought. The bulbs were of good quality metal shrouded fan. Nice neat wire loom. When she spoke to the company they assured her they shipped all that was needed for my truck , a 2010 ram bighorn. Canbus adapters and all. Anyway afternoon yesterday afternoon went to install and got one all tucked in behind my dust cap, turned on to test before I went any farther and nada nothing. So I messed around a bit with conectorrs but they are clearly marked, idiot proof really. So I took canbus of for kicks and voila low beam fired up. OK so I proceed to give the other side a go minus the canbus for the moment and turn on and nada nothing.... so I plug both canbus adapters in thinking we'll who knows these TIPMS are a bit fussy so why not and nada nothing ... so I unplug grab my halogens and nada nothing.... ok at this point I figure I cooked my TIPM some how and messing around anymore is not going to help, plus I'm loosing the day so I put the halogen bulbs back in, button it back up and put the lights back in the fenders etc and voila lowbeams are back. So any ideas. Did I trip somthing in my TIPM and it reset or what? Why did one LED fire no canbus but not two. Man I wish she ordered from JJ. My cousin did and props to JJ he even answered him yesterday on Christmas day for customer service. Any ideas anybody.

I would return them and tell your wife it's not her fault...then pick up a set of OPT7 LED headlights on Amazon for $100.

They could be great bulbs when they work, but I am telling you the brand I'm using and what many others are using on this forum.

If you can, tell the agent you would just like your money back. If not, maybe post a review on here of this brand once they are working?

Yah I never even gave LED bulbs much thought until she bought them. I was going to go the HID route eventually but our car came from factory with LED projectors and I was always commenting on how bright they were so she went ahead and got these. They may simply take them back. I'll talk more to support I guess first of the week.

Also, when none of the lights work just give your system about 5 minutes without the key. I had that happen to me and I just pulled the key and let beast boy rest for a few minutes. I plugged the halogens in and bam everything was good.
Then I plugged in my Opt-7's with the driver and then capacitor then to the factory harness; and the fans started to spin and my lights were L.E.D........

So you had a similar experience with opt7 but got them working. You missed a step at first I take it. Or simply opted to not run the capacitor or somthing at first?
