I know there is already a thread on this but from what I got on the last few pages of it, there is apparently brighter LEDS now available since the post was made... my question is:

Does anyone have the LED bulb numbers for everything? I have a 2012 lonestar and want to replace all of my bulbs to bright cool white LEDS.

So far I want to replace my:
Dome
Map lights
Upper glove box light
Fold down mirror lights
Cargo lights
Reverse lights

Is there anything I'm missing?

I also have a 2012 Lonestar. I am no expert,
and I am not sure what other information you need other than the bulb number, but here goes.

Check page 660 of your owners manual, it lists the bulb numbers for what is on your truck now. If it's not page 660, you have a different owners manual so check the index for "Replacement bulbs" - go to that page.

Go to superbrightled.com.

Find your vehicle.

Once you have your vehicle located, there are (for me) four bars at the bottom of the screen:
Exterior Front - Exterior Rear - General - Interior general

lets choose "Exterior Rear"
then choose "License Plate"

If you look on the bulb replacement page of your owners manual, you will see that the replacement (stock) bulb is a 194.
If you look on the superbrightled.com webpage, you will see that the License Plate bulb also says 194, 194LL, 194ST - that is a good sign.

Click the "View/Buy replacements" button.

There are several options listed. (different bulbs)
- I believe the default view is that they show their recommended replacement first.

However, under each bulb, you will see that they also list
"Replaces Stock Number" with a bunch of numbers.
You will see that 194 is listed, so that means it will replace your stock bulb.

You will need to do this for each bulb you want to replace.

Hope this helps.

When I had my 2011, I just replaced my interior lights with LEDs I got off ebay and had no issues with them. With my 2013, all my interior and most of my exterior lights were already LED. I did replace my reverse bulbs with LEDs that I got from another forum member who was an Ebay dealer also..and they are BRIGHT! I have 5% tint all the way around my truck and at night I can still see them lighting up the ground behind me.

Email this guy - John Lee
[email protected]

Tell him you're from the forums and want a set of the LED CREE 7440 reverse bulbs for the Ram. You won't be disappointed.
