Hi everybody, first post here for me, I tried everything and cant find a solution to my problem, thought I try here because I know people here have good experience, I tried 2 shops and no solution!

I bought a 2007 dodge ram 1500 crew cab 4x4 4.7 engine, when I got it, it had suspension damage, the front diff was broken from passenger side, the truck got a level kit, not sure how many inches on it, and 35 in tires, after I installed all new parts, cv axles, control arms, sway bar links, hub bearings, used front diff. now when I drive it and at a take off the truck shakes and vibrates violently, I took a video of it and as soon as I made it back, I found out that the new front diff also broke from the same location like the old one!! please see the video, thank you in advance

With a vibration like that I would say check all the mounting bolts for the motor, tranny, diff, stuff like that. See if any of the bolts are loose or missing or maybe a bolt hole is wallowed out. I've never seen anything like that on a IFS truck, only on solid axles when there is something wrong with the track bar.

I checked all the bolts, would motor mounts do something like that ? I looked at them and the rubber seems fine, but it looks like its a little separated from the metal part of the mount, I don't want to throw parts on it until its fixed, Ill post pictures of the mounts today

I have no idea if bad motor mounts would do that but it doesn't hurt to check everything, even if it sounds obvious

Can you post some pictures from the front of the truck looking at the axle shafts and knuckles? That video makes the CV angle look crazy.

Something really odd is going on there for sure! Why is the driveshaft going from spinning to not spinning up front too? Was the front axle broken when you took the video?

What kind of leveling kit is on the truck? And about how big is it?

Edit: Just like the guy above me said, the driveshaft spinning on and off is extremely fishy.

It looks like the vibration only happened while the driveshaft was trying to start spinning catch up. I didn't know that the front driveshaft spun while in 2wd, I figured the transfer case would disconnect it from the transmission
