Lifter problem

2015 Ram 1500. 174000 miles. Had cam abd lifters done. One set of ift failed, replaced. 50 miles later lifter ticking again. Codes PO300 Random/Multiple cylinders misfire, P1411 No DTC definition found. Help, any ideas?

Did they use actual OEM lifters,or cheap aftermarket lifters.Aftermarket lifters have a terrible rep,and aren't worth the headache

Need a specific or some specific p0300's to blame lifters. Example p0301 would by lifter cylinder 1. Why was work done in first place, mis fire codes?
