The Bluetooth on my 8.4 doesn't work and I already transferred my lifetime sirius and that's my only transfer. So instead of dealing with Sirius and maybe losing out on my lifetime I was wondering if the lockpick would work as the Bluetooth? It mirrors your screen with "WiFi"(pretty much a Bt connection I think), could I use it for the BT for the phone calls and Pandora? I'm guessing yes for Pandora but not sure if the phone calls would work

WiFi and Bluetooth are very much not the same thing. They sometimes occur over the same set of frequencies, but different protocols entirely

Unless your phone has some provision for a WiFi-connected headset or handsfree (and I haven't heard of any that do), it won't work over WiFi.

Most T-Mobile phones have wifi calling. The issue would be you trying to run wifi from your phone and then taking that signal to make/receive calls, don't think that will work.
