Locks not working..

I can hear a clicking.. But doors won't lock via either door switch up front nor via fob. Horn sounds, I hear a click, but nothing happens.

Any thoughts??

I have a simular problem, when the wife and I get out of the truck, pressing the little button on the door handle doesnt work right away. Have to wait a minute OR open and close the door before the door lock will work.

ANy suggestions ? this is a 2014 truck under a year old, dealer could not find problem.
