I have them. No issues so far. I used alfaobd to configure the hid setting and they've worked perfectly since day 1. I bought the mid range ballast (plus?) And upgraded bulbs. Less than $80 USD out the door not including alfaobd

Is this alphaobd a must if converting to hid's?

Not required. It reduces the clutter associated with hid. It removes the pulse width modulation (PWM) flickering

Ah ok. Maybe ill to the ddm ultra canbus for longer lifespan. If the 9011s were cheaper id prolly go that route but 50 bucks for 2 of them i may as well do the hid's

i got a 2015 ram sport with spyder headlights....but my OEM ones were factory projector....ive had my HID kit in for awhile but i keep running into issues with my ballasts going out and bulbs etc....im looking to convert them to LEDs'....will this kit work correctly? or would i need something else to not get a flicker etc... link below of the LED kit.

I installed the Hikari 2019 new gen LED bulbs in my Fogs and Low Beams. No error codes and no flicker. LED Lows have same cut off as the halogens. I've had them a couple weeks now and very happy with the improvement.
