I have the manifold leaking causing the infamous tick. Do I need to replace the manifold or and can I just replace the gasket and bolts. I have the tick on both sides now

Take the manifolds off and have your local machine shop mill them on the Bridgeport Mill. Several of us have discussed this process in the last month. Out of all of the exhaust manifolds I have had milled or run them on my belt sander none of them have ever come back with broken bolts or warped. Once the manifolds have aged they have become "seasoned" which is how they have relieved their stress.I have the manifold leaking causing the infamous tick.
