Need trinity t-1000 help

Well went in for my recal to get fixed today and unplugged my t-1000 and hid it and went to go push my tune from 87 Oct to 91 and got this
Any idea why this would be?

The dealership reflashed your PCM with a revision that is not supported by Diablo. If you hit agree, the tuner will put the old revision back in the truck and reload the tune.

You always want to return the truck to stock before you give it to the dealer for work that may require a flash or even a PCM inquiry with their scan tools.

If you agree with the revision, the Trinity will re-write the PCM back to the prior version.

You can also call DiabloSport and read them the new version. They may have an update and process that will make the Trinity program compatible with the new version.

I just had my PCM updated on my truck, but I made sure to return it to stock beforehand.

The most recent update to the OEM tune required a bunch of stuff to be updated on my Trinity as well, so be ready for that.

I'd push the old tune back onto the truck, unmarry the trinity, then take the truck in and get the flash done.

When I hit accept it said to hook it up to the Ds downloader and update the trinity. Now that I am looking at the paper work they did the new flash on the pcm. So I'm I screwed now because it was married to my truck when the updated the pcm or do I just need to update my trinity?

if they flashed it while it was tuned you trinity isn't going to recgonize it cause it's back to a stock tune now. you'll need diablo to unlock you tuner from what it sounds like to me. I've read on there forum that if you show proof of the flashing I guess they unlock it for free. most charge about 100$ to unlock them

Dang, that's a good point. I haven't experienced that but heard about it on another forum for the LX cars.

I'm going to revise my response....I'd try a call to DiabloSport first thing next week if they are open.

also any recall work I would imagine would def. get a flash done. always go back to stock before going to the dealer. When you get it fixed update here if you can. good luck!

If you didn't return to stock before taking it in, then your tuner is locked. Diablo charges about $150 to unlock it, or if they are in a good mood, they will sometimes waive the fee if you have a receipt showing that the dealership flashed over your tune.
