Negotiating extended warranty

Hello,

I’m in the market for a 2019 Ram. Just curious if anyone has experience negotiating on an extended warranty? Do dealers ever ‘throw them in’ for free as part of the negotiation, or is there always some cost?

Many threads on this, I bought mine from Clay Robbins.

Beware of the crappy aftermarket ones, get the FCA one. You have one year or 12k miles to buy the lifetime factory without a surcharge.

There are states where warranty's are price regulated, so if you negotiate to a bottom line they cant do much to "add" it in there.

Florida is a regulated state so getting it from the purchasing dealer was not an option, Clay hooked me up.

Can someone share Clays info. I’ll be in the market for a warranty when my 2019 arrives from the factory (wait is KILLING ME).

I typically just keep cars for 3-5 years so I want to extend out the bumper to bumper to 5 years to be safe. Too much new stuff in this truck to not be covered in my opinion.
