New Magnaflow and now ticking

After viewing many posts I finally decided to have an 18 inch magnaflow installed on my 2015 Ram 1500 5.7. It sounds great, but a few hours after the install I noticed a ticking noise at start up. Its on the passenger side and from what I've read could be the broken manifold bolts. My question is could a not well enough weld still make this type of noise?

Noise would be behind the driver if muffler, in front if manifold.
But yes bad weld could cause a exhaust leak tick.
