Hey guys...

My TerraGrapplers are getting to the end of their life on my truck, I was hoping to go with a TG G2 but apparently they aren't releasing 265/70R17 E in Canada until some time next year... I'm considering the EXO vs the TG at this point.

What are everyone's experience with the EXO... The guy at Kal said they run quiet, have great traction in the winter and are quiet in the summer. He suspects they'll last longer than the TG on my truck. I know I want to stick with Nitto but now I have a choice to make... I'm not in a big rush, especially at $1700 installed... I might try to squeeze another season out of my TGs.

I can't see you getting better life with Exos since they're more aggressive which is also going to hinder fuel economy too. they're suppose to be a step between terra and trail grapers.
Have you considered going to 285/70/17?

He said the rubber compound is definitely harder on the Exos. We both agreed, that provided it's not so hard it crumbles (read: BFG), that should mean it is a better wearing tire...

I think I'll stick with 265s. I like staying as close to 18mpg as I can. I'm presuming going 20mm wider will only hurt my MPG.

How many miles did you get on the current set you will be replacing?

They only released them 7/31 so your probably not going to find anyone whose worn a set out yet
Just my experience with the whole line of grapplers I wouldn't expect better life or mileage from the exo
