Hi All, Had my 2010 Ram 1500 Hemi stored since about August 2020. I parked it because the shifter cable broke. I took it out this past weekend and upon start up, a loud grinding noise came out of it. I removed the Serpentine belt and the noise was the same. I replaced the cable and the belt and now when you start it, the noise comes and goes. It almost sounds as if a gear of some kind is touching something stationary. It was fine when I parked it. All the fluid levels are fine. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

Yes, it has some rust. Everything rusts in the climate I live in, Eastern Canada.
