More of an issue with GDI engines that don't inject PEA-treated gas at the intake valve stem. Add a turbo, and you gotta clean the compressor blades too, from the PCV gouk misting on it.

CRC Intake Valve Cleaner is a good one for this - if you want to clean your piston crown you could try it. Just be sure to spray in AFTER the MAP sensor!!!
The MAP sensor is in the back of the manifold, so...

That's odd - for the 6.4L it's in the hose in front of the throttle body out front. But I'd still have to find a port downstream to inject.

Anyway, I don't worry about it on a SPFI engine, I just spike the gas.

The map sensor is in the manifold, the intake air temp sensor is in the hose. There is no MAF sensor.

Under $13/bottle with free shipping over $50 @ https://redlineoildirect.com/si-1-complete-fuel-system-cleaner/

I just made an order so we will see if it's a legit site.
I don’t know about that. Looks like a scam website. And here is the real redline website selling directly: $17/bottle

The mass air flow sensor yes, but a MAP sensor is always in the manifold. MAF sensor measure air flow across an element to determine how much oxygen is being ingested by the motor. The MAP sensor measures pressure inside the manifold, plus the intake air temp to determine how much oxygen is being ingested by the motor. The sensor on the intake tube is a temp sensor to measure the charge temperature of air going into the motor. Most MAF (Mass air flow sensor) have an integrated temperature sensor. MAP (manifold absolute pressure) is just a different way of doing the same thing
