Since I warned everyone, I sleep well, if you didn't stock up, well go to plab B, as in fram blue endurance fe2 as they are made by that parent company as well, stock what you can.

78 bucks and since it is 6 my guess it comes from a warehouse and not the shelf, meaning chances are they will actually be fe2. Maybe the last good hemi filter and the two clones EA and RP and gone as of now. just say'n fellas.

oriellys, advanced and car quest moving off fram or heading in that direction. Are we witnessing the death of fram just like RP? maybe Amsoil EA filters? Cant believe they got a loan when they are losing shelf space.

fram is being blowing out everywhere, even top frams, like 4 bucks and less. I think they are done fellas, it took a while for RP to die and I realize Fram is an industry by itself, but the issue is when you grow that large you are dependent on growth, and the opposite is happening.

fram is being blowing out everywhere, even top frams, like 4 bucks and less. I

AAP has been liquidating FRAM and Purolator for months. When they had 25% off clearance items last fall, I was getting Drive filters for.$.75, Force for $2, and Titanium for about $3.25. The Purator One air filters were about $4.75.

The real end came just days ago at the end of February when a creditor expected to keep Fram operating pulled out. Frankly, I presumed too-big-to-fail would pop up by now. Oh, well - shut down the nation. Who gives a fuch, anymore.

The big srt size filter is a bit tight to fit the durango. Just changed the oil and used an mo339 but test fit a mopar srt filter i had rhats dented. It fits but less than an inch clearance with the rad hose

Heres the carquest ep filter that is the 10575 equivalent. A fella on bobs emailed PGI and they are 99% at 25 microns

I found a Donaldson Synthetic filter - but it's the big diameter like a Fram XG/FE2 I can't use. It's also longer (5.35" vs. Fram 4").

Fleetguard has no synthetic media engine oil filters with our thread size M22 x 1.5

PGI has several different subsidiaries and marques. I believe STP10590 XL should cross. I will check AZ next time I'm there.

Fleetguard has one but its the large diameter. Lf16002.

The carquest one is made by PGI in vietnam i believe

That look like a decent stock of filters.

What about brands like Bosch, K&N and even stock Mopar?
I know this oil filter thread exists because Mopar filters don't cut the mustard. Am I right?
Or do they work OK, but if you want better, you go aftermarket?
