Agreed, the rate so poorly. So much better out there.

When I installed my LED I didn’t need Canbus so I seem to be the outlier. You would just want canbus adapter. If not you will get check engine light I believe or the system telling you there’s an issue with the bulbs.

I use a company called diode Dynamics, they're not cheap by any means but their stuff is made in the US and they make most of their own products in St Louis. Their service is top notch and as touchy as the Rams computer system is I've never had any of their bulbs or products throw a code.

Any issues cramming all of the supernova/canbus adapter into the housing? Checked out the diode dynamic site and they are back ordered 6-8 weeks.

As long as the kits are not massive, there is actually a decent amount of room to squeeze them into the housing. The slimmer the kit, the better, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Worst case, you bolt it to something metal in the engine bay behind the housings. Many claim that is actually the best way to install anyway. The wiring harnesses that come with them are usually long enough for that.

While not made in the US, DDMTuning provides a very inexpensive and good quality kit in my experience. I am using their LED kit in my low beam and the meam pattern is a much brightwr version of the stock pattern. Adjusted correctly, they are amazing.

I have Vanquish auto LED low beam and fogs in my 17 bighorn. Absolutely NO issues with no canbus anti flicker modules needed. Bulbs and driver fit in housing with room to spare!

it is not a problem fitting them, may take you to tries, but it fits in the right order

They are super bright as well as having a great beam pattern that mimics the stock bulbs

If you get high beams as well the adapters sit outside the housing

you have to install a grommet

Check the videos out on the Headlight Revolution site, they are spot on

i dont know why everyone hates the Opt7 Fluxbeam X led kits. Ive used them on my Ram and they are way better then halogen and less of a hassle then HID. For a reflector housing, they are great.

To the op, many members on here have the Opt7 and love them. Most people who hate them have never used them and are just passing along negative hate they read somewhere else. You just need the regular led kit. No need for the TIPM addon for the 4th gen rams. The regular kit comes with canbus capacitors and everything fits inside the housing so no need to drill holes.

If you want to see output photos at night of the opt7 leds color, length, width, and how they look from behind the wheel driving, send me a PM and i can send you some pics i personally took.
