Hello everyone.
2011 Ram 3500 with a P0191 Code. I replaced all 6 feed tubes with new ones. So far no CEL....

Just curious, what made you do that before just changing the sensor itself? Good result though.

Did the sensor first.. No luck.. code kept showing up for over a year.. Only came on while idling at ntersections. No troubles starting or running,. Tired of clearing the code and it re appearing.

Finally installed Banks new Monster intake manifold and while i had eveything apart replaced all the feed tubes. 37ft lbs.

So far have been running for over a week and no codes.... Hopefully stays off.

I know this was posted a while ago but just curious is the fix still holding up? I have an 11 with the same code that keeps popping up. I did the sensor, fuel filter and had the dealer flash new software but the code still keeps coming back. I was hoping not to have to do the injectors since I am not sure if that would fix the issue. Also dose anyone have any advice on how to chase down this code using live data and the best scan tool for it? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the update, I did the fuel filter and pressure regulator and had the dealer preform a software update, at first and it didn’t fix it. I also replaced the valve on the high-pressure pump and that didn't fix it either. I ended up replacing the feed tubes and all 6 injectors and that seems to have done the trick. 600+ miles and no light. Also, it was able to get all the monitors ready to finally pass emissions.
